The Osun-Osogbo cultural heritage has become one of the most striking cultural identities to have emerged in Nigeria. The uniqueness and importance of Osun-Osogbo has led to its recognition by the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as a global cultural heritage. Thus, it is imperative that this cultural heritage be digitized for the preservation of its essence for posterity and global visibility.
